Reporting a bad staging spot or suggestion
Whether you email or use the form, these help the most:
- The city or location you searched from.
- Which spot or suggestion it gave you.
- What was wrong with it: gated, no room for a rig, downtown, too far, closed, or something else.
- Your phone model and the app version, if you know it.
Common questions
Why does the app want my location?
To save where you parked and to find staging spots and things to do near you. You can say no and type a location instead. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens with it.
Is a staging spot guaranteed to be OK to park at?
No. It's a lead, not permission. Always check posted signs, lot rules, and local restrictions before parking.
How do paid truck parking spots work?
They're run by lot operators or booking services like Truck Parking Club. Many need a reservation in their own app or website. Use the Call button, when there is one, to check availability and pricing.
It suggested a place that was closed.
We check every suggestion against Google Maps, but listings aren't always up to date. Let us know where it happened and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my saved rig location?
It's stored only on your phone (or in your browser on the website). Saving a new spot replaces it, and deleting the app (or clearing the site's data in your browser) removes it. We don't keep a copy.
